$500 Client Care Credit Terms & Conditions

To celebrate your new website journey with Mama Bear Stuff Studio, we’re offering a $500 Client Care Credit exclusively for new clients who book a qualifying project. Please review the terms below to see how your credit works.

Eligibility

  • Available to new clients only who book a Website Design or Digital Strategy & Growth project valued at $1,500 or more.
  • A signed service agreement and initial deposit are required to activate the credit.
  • Offer must be claimed at the time of project booking.

How It Works

  • The total credit of $500 will be applied as $100 per month for up to five (5) consecutive months of ongoing support or maintenance.
  • Credits can be used toward:
    • Website maintenance and updates
    • Online Business Management or Virtual Assistance retainers
    • SEO and content optimization services
    • General post-launch support and strategy sessions
  • Credits begin the first month after your project’s launch and are applied as a discount on monthly invoices.

Flexibility & Validity

  • The credit must be initiated within 12 months of your project launch date.
  • Credits are intended for five consecutive months of service to ensure consistent support and smooth operations.
  • If you need to pause services during that period, please notify Mama Bear Stuff Studio in writing. Any remaining credits must still be used within the 12-month timeframe.

Limitations

  • Offer valid for new clients only.
  • Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
  • Unused credit in a given month does not roll over.
  • Credits apply only to ongoing support or retainer services and cannot be used toward new project bookings or third-party expenses (such as hosting, domains, or app subscriptions).
  • May not be combined with other promotions or discounts.

Expiration

  • The credit becomes active once your project’s final payment is received and the website has officially launched.
  • All credits must be used within twelve (12) months of your project launch date.

We created this credit to help new clients feel supported long after launch. It’s our way of saying thank you for trusting Mama Bear Stuff Studio to bring your website and digital systems to life and to make sure you have the care you need as your business grows.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

Mama Bear Stuff Studio reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Client Care Credit Terms and Conditions at any time. If any material changes are made, we will provide reasonable notice, typically at least 30 days before the revised terms take effect.

The determination of what constitutes a material change will be made at our discretion.

By continuing to participate in or redeem the Client Care Credit after the updated terms become effective, you agree to the revised conditions. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you may choose not to continue using the credit program.
