What’s the difference between the Express and Premium Tune-Up?

Both options include the six core tune-up elements: speed optimization, conversion refresh, mobile makeover, Black Friday visuals, urgency boosters, and your Quick Wins Report. The Premium Tune-Up simply goes deeper. It covers more pages, includes custom banner designs, a branded pop-up, SEO refresh for your homepage and products, and a 7-day follow-up window for tweaks or guidance.

Do I need to give you access to my Shopify account?

Yes. You’ll need to add me as a Shopify collaborator. This access is completely secure and allows me to make the performance and design adjustments directly on your theme.

Will this affect my live store?

No worries. I’ll make changes in a duplicate theme or unpublished draft first. You’ll get to review everything before it goes live, ensuring no downtime or disruption to your customers.

What if I already have my own Black Friday graphics?

Perfect! You can upload them through the intake form or share a Google Drive link. If you’d like me to design new ones, that’s already included in the Premium package.

Will my store look different after the Tune-Up?

Not drastically, unless you want it to. My goal is to enhance what’s already working by improving speed, layout flow, and key visuals that help boost conversion. Think of it as a polish, not a redesign.

Can you guarantee results?
